We ship Monday–Friday using UPS and USPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

UPS

  • Ground: arrives in 3–5 business days
  • 2-Day and Next-Day: order by 1 PM CST for same-day shipping
  • No weekend delivery

USPS (small/light items)

  • First Class or Priority Mail
  • Delivered Monday–Saturday
  • Transit time: 1–7 days depending on service

If you need special delivery instructions, contact us before placing your order.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to start a return. All returns require an RMA (Return Authorization).

To request an RMA, email info@veinlite.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order or invoice number
  • Device serial number
  • Reason for return

Return requirements

  • Device must be in original condition with all accessories
  • Disposable covers may only be returned unopened
  • Batteries are not returnable
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the device is defective

Once your return arrives, it will be inspected within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most refunds appear in 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
