Terms and Conditions:
- TransLite reserves the right to refuse any purchase order.
- Purchase orders must be defined by a unique purchase order number.
- Payment terms are 30 days.
- 8.25% Texas sales tax will be charged to customers in Texas unless the tax exempt status and tax ID number are clearly indicated on the purchase order.
- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless another UPS service is clearly marked on the purchase order. US government and military orders to APO addresses may be shipped via USPS.
- The cost of UPS shipping will be added to the invoice unless a UPS account number is clearly marked on the purchase order. Other shipping accounts will not be accepted.
- Returns are not accepted without prior authorization and a restocking fee may apply.
